Kodėl ramybę surast kaskart daros vis sunkiau?
Šviesa, balta lyg užgimus pirmąjį kartą,
Mane apakins, suskaldys, privers pamiršt, kad gimiau.

Norėčiau tikėt, kad tai sapnas,
Kad liepsnos ir dūmų stulpai,
Išlėks į kosmoso tamsą.

Kada ateis diena, kai sugriausim šią žemę?

And again the world will turn over tonight.
Why is finding peace getting harder still?
Light so white as it had just begun to shine the first time,
It will blind me, tear me apart, make me forget that I was born.

I wish I could wake up,
I wish to believe it‘s all a dream,
That the flames and towering smoke,
Will leave to the darkness of space.

When will the day come when we destroy this earth?
And then we’ll stand in comprehension.
But then it’ll be too late to return to paradise,
The rain that once refreshed us, will melt and destroy us.

I sometimes envy the deaf –
They don’t hear this earth cracking.
In powerful vortexes will turn us,
The mechanical sun.

After the night I wander in the morning mists,
Trying to collect the tears of grass,
I painted the way in my dreams,
Immersed I try to find who I am.

And an eternity of sparkling stars,
That have not yet covered themselves up,
With the limitless cloth of skies,
Smoulder in the depths of my eyes.

Oh goddess of the earth's depths,
In your oaken branches surround me,
And my shivering soul twine,
In a wreath of winds, in a stem of storms.

Never again do I want to see,
What will occur so soon.

Or maybe it’s not too late?
